Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Popcast is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards and all applicable regional child protection laws.

1. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Popcast strictly prohibits the creation, uploading, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

  • Content that promotes child grooming, trafficking, or sextortion.

  • Any behavior that endangers the safety or well-being of a minor.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Any user found to be sharing, hosting, or engaging in CSAE/CSAM-related activities will be subject to:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination.

  • Removal of all associated content.

  • Permanent hardware/IP blocking from the Popcast platform.

 

3. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities

In accordance with global safety standards, Popcast will report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where appropriate, to relevant local and international law enforcement agencies. We cooperate fully with authorities in the investigation of child exploitation crimes.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

We provide a functional, easy-to-use reporting tool within the Popcast application. Users can flag any content or profile for "Child Safety Violations" by clicking the "Report" button or send us an email. Our moderation team reviews these reports with the highest priority, typically within 24 hours.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a dedicated Child Safety Officer to oversee compliance and handle safety-related inquiries.
